Congratulations on your pregnancy and welcome to our practice! Our office will typically schedule your first ob visit at about 6-8 weeks gestation. We have seven physicians and three locations to help serve your needs. Please call the office location that is convenient for you to schedule your appointment. In order to make your visit as informational and thorough as possible, please click on the link below, print and fill out all the necessary paperwork and bring it with you to your first appointment.

If you are transferring from another practice, in addition to filling out necessary paperwork, please send all of your prenatal records to our office (such as lab results, prior ultrasounds, office notes, etc) for physician review prior to your appointment via fax or mail. As always, please feel free to call and speak to one of our employees if you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment.
